Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?

A: We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. First time clients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior for initial assessment including completion of a health history form.

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: Certain treatments such as acupuncture, Tui-Na, and bodywork are typically done with the client fully-clothed. Other massage treatments are usually done without clothing as skin contact is necessary to achieve the best results and oils and lotions may be used. However, please feel free to wear what is comfortable for you.

 

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

 

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We currently accept most insurance policies as an out-of-network provider. However, each insurance plan is different so we need to verify your benefits to confirm what services are covered. We also accept HSA/FSA/FLEX payments if acupuncture is covered under your policy.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of treatment rate.
