Ren-Shen Healing Membership Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a membership at Ren-Shen Healing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Details

  1. Membership Activation: Membership begins on the date of enrollment and automatically renews each month unless canceled.

  2. Included Services: Memberships include specified services, such as acupuncture and/or massage therapy, as outlined in the chosen membership plan.

  3. Unused Sessions: Unused sessions may roll over depending on the selected membership level. The rollover policy varies by plan:

    • Essential Plan: Unused sessions expire at the end of each month.

    • Signature Plan: Up to 1 unused session may roll over for up to 60 days. After the rollover period, unused sessions will expire.

    • Premium Plan: Up to 1 unused session may roll over for up to 60 days. After the rollover period, unused sessions will expire.

    • Gold Plan: Up to 2 unused sessions may roll over for up to 60 days. After the rollover period, unused sessions will expire.

    • Platinum Plan: Up to 2 unused sessions may roll over for up to 60 days. After the rollover period, unused sessions will expire.

  4. Membership Termination: Any rollover sessions will be lost or terminated upon the cancellation or termination of the membership.

Payment Terms

  1. Monthly Billing: Membership fees will be charged monthly to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.

  2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other methods available at the time of enrollment.

  3. Late or Declined Payments: If payment is late or declined, a $25 late fee will be applied to the account, and the membership will be paused until payment is successfully processed. Access to services will be suspended during this time until the payment and any applicable fees are cleared.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing at least 30 days' written notice to Ren-Shen Healing.

  2. Cancellation by Ren-Shen Healing: Ren-Shen Healing reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or for inappropriate behavior.

  3. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partial months. Members who cancel will not be charged for the following month but will not receive a refund for the current month.

Membership Changes/TRANSFERS

  1. Upgrades or Downgrades: Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their membership level. Changes will take effect the following billing cycle after a 30-day notice.

  2. Gift Transfers: Membership benefits are non-transferable, but members can transfer a maximum of 2 unused sessions per calendar year to others with prior approval from Ren-Shen Healing. Memberships must be active at the time of transfer.

General Terms

  1. Non-Transferability: Membership benefits cannot be sold, shared, or transferred except as outlined in the membership transfer section.

  2. Health Requirements: Members are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in the services offered. Ren-Shen Healing is not responsible for any injuries or complications arising from the use of its services.

  3. Membership Availability: Ren-Shen Healing reserves the right to modify membership plans, services, and pricing at any time. Members will be notified of any changes before their next billing cycle.

Ren-Shen Healing reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to members, and the revised terms will take effect upon notification. Members are responsible for reviewing any updates to these terms.
